Track Order

You have four ways to check the logistics track of your order:

• After we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail containing the order shipping information, and within this e-mail there is a button to inquire about the logistics track of your order, which you can inquire about by clicking on the inquiry button within the e-mail.
• You can register and log in to our web site, there is order information in the personal account page, when we ship the order, the order information on the personal page will have the order logistics track query button, you can click the button to query.
• When we ship the order, you will receive an email from us with the order shipment information, and within the email there is the logistics number of the order, which you can query through the logistics number in the query window below.
• If the above way you feel cumbersome, you can directly contact our customer service inquiries, just send your needs and the recipient's name or e-mail address to our customer service e-mail (support@customabc.com), our customer service after receiving the e-mail will give you a reply within 24 hours!

It takes about 2 days for our orders to be processed, and we will send you the order shipping information to your email address after the order is processed and shipped. You can modify or cancel your order for free until you receive the shipping information by email, please contact us (support@customabc.com) as soon as possible within 2 days after you place your order. Order modification/cancellation requests after the order has been shipped may not be honored.

Once an order is placed, you'll receive an email notification confirming we've received it. We will process your order 2 hours after successful payment. Order processing usually takes 2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive email notifications for real-time tracking. Note that some orders may be sent using multiple parcels. In these cases, you will receive multiple emails and tracking numbers.

All standard shipments are usually delivered within 7-14 natural day from the ship date.
